Chengdu Xingcheng Group Attended the External Exchange Activity held in Belarus and Successfully Signed an Agreement

On August 28, a delegation led by Fan Ruiping, member of standing committee of Sichuan provincial party committee and secretary of Chengdu municipal party committee, arrived at Gomel, Belarus to carry out the external exchange activity, joined by major leaders of Chengdu Foreign Affairs Office, Chengdu Business Committee, Qingbaijiang District and Chengdu Xingcheng Group.

During the meeting, Fan Ruiping and Kirichenko, the mayor of Gomel, signed a strategic cooperation agreement. They also jointly witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation by Ren Zhineng, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Chengdu Xingcheng Group, on behalf of Chengdu Healthcare Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Gomel Regional Clinical Hospital for the Disabled Great Patriotic War Veterans.

The signing of the Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation is an important step for Chengdu Xingcheng Group in implementing “the Belt and Road” initiative and building “Chengdu – Gomel friendly relationship”. The group aims to promote the development of healthcare industry in Gomel and enhance the health of all the local people by establishing medical institutions in Gomel with Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gomel Regional Clinical Hospital for the Disabled Great Patriotic War Veterans, promoting the therapy of Chinese traditional medicine and actively carrying out activities such as talent training, academic discussion and cultural promotion.
