Recently, Chengdu Xingcheng Group sold two parcels of land by auction. One parcel of land is a plot with an area of approximately 13.9 mu located in the north of Xiaojiahe Side Street and the east of Yulin Middle School in High-tech District. The starting price was RMB 4200 per square meter (land price per floor area) and was sold at a price of RMB 7080 per square meter (land price per floor area). The total land price was RMB 233 million with premium rate of 68.6%, and the bid winner was Farglory Group from Taiwan; another parcel of land with an area of 153.4639 mu which is to the east of Jiannan Avenue North Section and to the south of Jiaozi Avenue in Renhe District, New South Area was sold in Chengdu Land Auction Center by public auction. The starting price was RMB 3500 per square meter (land price per floor area) and was sold at a price of RMB 3810 per square meter (land price per floor area). The total land price was RMB 1677 million and the bid winner was China Overseas Property.
In spite of downturn of land market at present, Chengdu Xingcheng Group, by virtue of its almost 10-year experience in urban development, land packaging and marketing, actively carried out relevant works and successfully sold the two parcels of land above with relatively high premium. By the successful land transfer, Chengdu Xingcheng Group collected the funds returned, met the fund demands for its major projects, and laid a good foundation for the smooth implementation of project.
