The First Overseas Investment Project of Chengdu Xingcheng Group was Officially Launched

On November 22, 2017, "SCIG International Nepal Hydro Joint Development Company" jointly established by Sichuan Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd., Chengdu Xingcheng Investment Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Qingyuan Engineering Consultants Co.,Ltd. and BPC of Nepal was unveiled at Katmandu, capital of Nepal. In next five years, the joint venture will develop several hydropower projects with the capacity of at least 1000WM in Nepal. Currently, it has obtained the right to develop the Marsyangdi Hydropower Station project and can commence the construction thereof within 2018. This project is the first overseas investment project officially launched by state-owned enterprises in Chengdu and also marks a big step of Chengdu Xingcheng Group towards the goal of being an international urban development and operation platform by ways of combination.
