On June 25, the application of Chengdu Xingcheng Group for the establishment of Chengdu Construction Group Malaysia Co., Ltd. in Malaysia was examined and approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Chengdu. Next, Chengdu Xingcheng Group will establish Chengdu Construction Group Malaysia Co., Ltd. in Malaysia with its own funds (the company name will be subject to the local registration).

As Malaysia is along "the Belt and Road", through establishment of Chengdu Construction Group Malaysia Co., Ltd., Chengdu Xingcheng Group may legally carry out activities in Malaysia, such as bidding and project contracting.
