In the afternoon of March 9, Commercial Consul of British Consulate-General Chongqing Ms. Shikha Tiwari and her party visited Chengdu Xingcheng Group to communicate with the related principal of the Group and the leading group of “Chengdu East Village” on the development prospect of “Chengdu East Village” project and discuss the cooperation matters. Xingcheng Group introduced the construction concept, industrial planning and development mode of “Chengdu East Village” project, and British Consulate-General Chongqing highly appreciated the green, environmental-protection and sustainable development planning concept of “Chengdu East Village” project, its policy support for cultural creative industry as well as the planning and construction of museum and other major cultural projects, and was willing to recommend the relevant creative industry in the U.K to the leading group of “Chengdu East Village” and Xingcheng Group. Meanwhile, to strengthen interaction and links, and find integrating point for further cooperation through communication, the parties made preliminary determination on promoting their further cooperation on “Chengdu East Village” project with British Consulate-General Chongqing being the link.
